JSC "Stakhanov Carbon
Black Plant" situated in Stakhanov, Lugansk region and is one of
two manufacturers of the carbon black in Ukraine. Jhe main task of
the company is to supply of the carbon black to tire and rubber
industries.
Company has started
production of the carbon black in 1949 as a state owned company. In
1996 state owned company has been transformed into joint-stock
company.
Annual capacity of JSC
Stakhanov Carbon Black Plant" is more than 50 000 tn.: 43 000
tn. of hard grades and more than 8 000 tn. soft grades.
JSC "Stakhanov Carbon
Black Plant"supplies carbon black of consistent quality. The
major Ukrainian and Russians tire companies are our clients. In
addition to satisfying the Ukrainian market, our products find
acceptance in over 10 countries world wide including: Russia, Poland,
Turkey, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Byelorussia, USA and others. We
always ready to work closely With customers to meet their exact
requirements.
Carbon Black is packed
into 20-25 kg. paper and polyethylene bags, 800-1000 kg. big bags
with height 105sm,145sm, 205sm., with weight from 500 up to 1000 kg.
All type of package are available shrink wrapped wooden pallets. For
specific requirements of bulk supply company can use special 50-55
ton railway tank wagon (hopper) or in several destination can use
20-22 tn. auto tanks (silotruck).

Team JSC Stakhanov Carbon Black Plant "took an active part in the municipal action" Day labor safety and the environment. In the period from 16 to 17 and from 23 to 24 April, 2010 employees of the company made cleaning of the area businesses and surrounding areas. Updated flowerbeds, planted flowers, entrances to the plant and buildings are decorated in colored flags. After a harsh winter, factory renewed, changed and does not look like a sullen familiar sight in many industrial facilities in recent years.

In the period 13-14 April 2010 at the company's leading auditor of Bureau Veritas Shevchenko Y.P. surveillance audit was conducted by the company quality management system in compliance with its requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2008.
The audit was successful, discrepancies existing system is not revealed. The auditor has been recommended for the provision of JSC "Stakhanov Carbon Black Plant" certificate of conformance of the management system to international standard ISO 9001:2008.
